What information we collect
We only collect the information you provide when you contact us by email or phone — typically your name, contact details, and the content of your message. This website doesn't use cookies, tracking, or analytics tools, so we don't automatically collect information about your visit.
Why we process your data
We use the information to respond to your enquiry and to prepare or fulfil any agreement for consulting services. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and on the need to enter into and perform agreements, cf. Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.
Retention and disclosure
We keep your information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or fulfil any agreement — and for information tied to invoicing, in line with the 5-year retention requirement under Danish bookkeeping law. We don't share your information with third parties, except where necessary to deliver our services (e.g. to our accountant), or where required by law.
Access, deletion, and complaints
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, as well as the right to object to processing, have it restricted, or receive your data in a structured format (data portability).
